Дерзкие обхазцы отказались от ГАИ

Власти Абхазии решили отказаться от Государственной автомобильной инспекции. И теперь от ГАИ в этой республике останется только учетно-регистрационная служба. Контролировать же движение на дорогах будут специально подготовленные мобильные патрульные группы, которые станут следить за своим конкретным участком.
